Built for African farms
From livestock and poultry to workers, payroll, feed, inventory, sales and reporting — every module works offline on mobile and syncs to the cloud when you are connected. Run one farm or several from a single account.
Livestock Management
Tag and track every animal. Record births, deaths, movements, and animal health and vaccination records.
Poultry Management
Manage flocks with daily logs for mortality, feed, eggs and weight. See performance at a glance.
Worker Management
Add workers by role, assign tasks, track attendance and manage access permissions per person.
Payroll & Deductions
Set salaries, add deductions for debt or advances, mark as paid, and generate payslips. Workers see only their own pay.
Security & Guard Logs
Gate officers log visitors, vehicles and incidents in real-time. Full audit trail, always.
Inventory & Stock
Track all farm inputs — feed, medicine, equipment. Low-stock alerts prevent shortages.
Sales & Expenses
Log every sale and expense. See profit summaries by month and compare against targets.
Tasks & Scheduling
Create and assign tasks with priority and due dates. Workers see their tasks on mobile.
Reports & Analytics
Visual charts for performance, mortality, production and farm profitability. Export to PDF or CSV.

AI That Understands Your Farm
StokData uses your farm information to help you notice health concerns, mortality patterns, production changes and records that may not add up.
AI Health Check
Describe what you are seeing in your animals. StokData identifies possible conditions, explains why they may fit, gives you signs to check and recommends immediate record-keeping or biosecurity actions. It also tells you when veterinary support is needed.
Farm AI Assistant
Ask questions about your own farm records. StokData can highlight mortality trends, unusual headcount changes, production performance and other information that may otherwise be missed.
Veterinary Support
Find animal-health professionals through the StokData veterinary directory when expert assistance is needed.
StokData provides decision support and does not replace a veterinarian.
Why I built StokData
I farm in Zimbabwe from Melbourne. Kelvin Birioti came out to Kenaniah Farm and filmed us and what diaspora farming looks like: the risk, the distance, and why I needed to see my own farm from 10,000km away.
Manage Your African Farm From Anywhere
Farm workers record daily activity from their phones while owners monitor livestock, poultry, feed, mortality, sales, expenses, tasks and workers through the web dashboard. StokData was created from the real experience of managing a Zimbabwean farm from Melbourne.

One View Across Your Farming Network
The StokData Company and Cooperative Dashboard will help cooperatives, farming organisations and agricultural programmes connect participating farms and view permitted livestock and poultry information in one place.
Farmers remain in control of what they share, with options for linked records or anonymous totals.

StokData is an AI-powered farm management platform for African livestock and poultry farmers. It combines animal records, poultry production, feed, workers, payroll, inventory, security, sales, expenses and reporting in one place.
Can StokData manage both livestock and poultry?+
Yes. StokData supports individual livestock records and poultry flock management, including births, deaths, movements, health records, vaccinations, feed, mortality, eggs and weight.
Does StokData work without internet?+
The StokData mobile app allows farm activity to be recorded offline. Information synchronises with the cloud when an internet connection becomes available.

Yes. Workers can submit permitted farm records from their phones while authorised owners monitor farm activity through the StokData dashboard.
How does the StokData AI Health Check work?+
Farmers describe the signs they are seeing. StokData provides possible conditions, explains why they may fit, suggests signs to check and indicates when veterinary help may be necessary. It does not replace a veterinarian.
