The service
StokData Africa is subscription-based farm management software for tracking livestock, poultry, sales, workers, and expenses.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly and charged immediately when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change; we will give you notice before any change takes effect.
Acceptable use
You may not use StokData for any unlawful purpose, and you may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
Your data
You own the farm data you enter into StokData. We may delete accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more, with notice sent to your account email before deletion.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. StokData is a record-keeping tool: we make no guarantees about farm outcomes, and decisions you make based on the data in your account are your own responsibility.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
